GRAVIRUN
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
This policy covers the GraviRun waitlist and early-access program. It will be expanded before the full product launch to cover activity-data processing in detail.
1. Who we are
GraviRun ("we", "us") is an AI running-coaching service. Contact: support@gravirun.com.
2. What we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist, plus your confirmation action (double opt-in).
- Technical data — IP address and browser metadata, processed transiently by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and bot protection.
- Future: when the product launches, with your explicit consent we will process fitness/activity data (e.g. from your connected accounts) to provide coaching. That processing will be described in an updated policy before launch.
3. Why we collect it (legal bases)
- Consent — to email you about early access and launch. You can withdraw at any time.
- Legitimate interest — security, abuse prevention, and service operation.
4. What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your email with third parties for their marketing.
5. Where data is processed
Waitlist data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database). Confirmation emails are sent via our transactional email provider. Both process data under their own data-processing terms.
6. Retention
We keep waitlist emails until launch plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. Unconfirmed (pending) signups are deleted after 30 days.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@gravirun.com. EU/EEA residents have additional GDPR rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Changes
We will update this page as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to confirmed subscribers.
