These terms currently govern the GraviRun waitlist and early-access program. Full product terms will take effect at launch and will be presented for acceptance on first sign-in.

1. The service

GraviRun is an AI-powered running-coaching service in pre-launch development. Joining the waitlist registers your interest and reserves a place in the early-access queue. It does not create a product account or guarantee access at any specific date.

2. Not medical advice

GraviRun provides training guidance, not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You train at your own risk.

3. Acceptable use

Provide a valid email address you own.
Do not abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
One waitlist entry per person.

4. Intellectual property

All content and branding on this site belong to GraviRun. Garmin and Garmin Connect are trademarks of Garmin Ltd.; GraviRun is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garmin.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind. Features may change before launch.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraviRun is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss arising from training activities.
